An elevated space for a cosmetic surgery practice.
Dr. Brown purchased a new office space aiming to elevate his cosmetic surgery practice and accommodate future growth. His previous office was outdated and cramped. He hired Primar Developments under a design-build contract to transform the empty commercial space into a warm and contemporary office.
The before.
As a commercial project, we started with a brand-new space—basically a huge empty room with a floor and windows. This didn’t mean that early challenges didn’t arise, however Primar Developments and Integrity Designs cleverly overcame these challenges and put together a full office for Dr. Brown.
Construction.
Once the design was finalized, construction began, building out walls using commercial construction materials and techniques, to create a lobby, reception area, consulatation rooms, procedure rooms, and a staff kitchen.

A new office.
The final result was a beautiful, bright space full of contemporary design details that met all the office’s needs, including thoughtful details like backlit mirrors and other custom design details which you can hear Dr. Brown describe in the video above. The client was very pleased with his final office that met all of his and his staff’s needs.
