Upstairs featured three bedrooms and a 1 ½ bathroom setup, while downstairs housed a full bathroom, a recreational room, and storage space. In 2019, Primar Developments transformed this home into a stunning embodiment of the homeowners’ vision and desires. The renovation began with a complete reconfiguration of the top floor, introducing a designated laundry room for convenience, a spacious new master bedroom with a luxurious walk-in closet, and a custom ensuite for ultimate comfort. A custom-designed kitchen, featuring modern amenities and thoughtful details, became the heart of the home.
